1. Introduction

Welcome to Fancy Etch.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of all digital products provided through Fancy Etch, including templates, components, and related resources for the Etch builder.

By purchasing or using any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Digital Products

All products offered by Fancy Etch are digital downloads, including but not limited to:

  • Templates
  • UI components
  • Design and development resources

No physical products will be shipped.

3. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the product.

You are allowed to:

  • Use the products in personal and commercial projects
  • Use the products for client work
  • Modify and adapt the products as needed

You are not allowed to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the products
  • Share the files (for free or paid)
  • Include the products in competing marketplaces or template libraries
  • Offer the products as part of a SaaS, builder, or similar platform

4. Intellectual Property

All products remain the intellectual property of Fancy Etch.

Purchasing a product grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.

5. User Accounts

Access to downloads and support may require an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activity under your account

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

This means Paddle handles billing, taxes, and payment processing, and your purchase may also be subject to their terms and policies.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued via Paddle, in accordance with their refund policy. You can request a refund within the statutory period applicable to 14 days

To request a refund, please contact us via your account support form. All refund requests will be reviewed to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria set forth by Paddle and local consumer protection laws. We will process refunds through Paddle once approved.

Please note that any processing fees charged by Paddle or the payment gateway may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Access to digital products (downloads, templates, or other materials) may affect eligibility for a refund. By purchasing, you acknowledge that once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, your statutory withdrawal rights may be limited or waived according to Paddle’s policy.

Refund requests that do not fall under statutory rights or that are outside the statutory window are considered on a discretionary basis. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, but we reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these conditions.

8. Support

Support is provided through a ticket system available in your account.

Support includes:

  • Assistance with installation and usage
  • Help with issues directly related to the product

Support does not include:

  • Custom development
  • Tailored modifications
  • Support for third-party tools or integrations

9. Compatibility

Products are designed for use with the Etch builder.

Compatibility with other builders, third-party plugins, or custom setups is not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fancy Etch shall not be held liable for any data loss, financial loss, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products.

All products are provided “as is”.

11. Changes to Terms

Fancy Etch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Changes become effective upon being published on the website.

12. Termination

Your license may be terminated if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, you must stop using the products immediately.
