Refund policy
All purchases are processed through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued via Paddle, in accordance with their refund policy. You can request a refund within the statutory period applicable to 14 days
To request a refund, please contact us via your account support form. All refund requests will be reviewed to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria set forth by Paddle and local consumer protection laws. We will process refunds through Paddle once approved.
Please note that any processing fees charged by Paddle or the payment gateway may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Access to digital products (downloads, templates, or other materials) may affect eligibility for a refund. By purchasing, you acknowledge that once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, your statutory withdrawal rights may be limited or waived according to Paddle’s policy.
Refund requests that do not fall under statutory rights or that are outside the statutory window are considered on a discretionary basis. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, but we reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these conditions.
